ROSIE’S X INNERSLEEVE JOHN MAYER VINYL SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsors
The Rosie’s x Innersleeve John Mayer Vinyl Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Rosie’s Amagansett, located at 195 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930, and Innersleeve, located at 199 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930, (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsors, as well as any entities directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 08/21/2026 at 00:01 A.M. Eastern Time and ends on 08/26/2026 at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by scanning the Sweepstakes QR code or visiting [ENTRY URL] and completing and submitting the online entry form.
To enter, entrants must provide their first and last name and a valid email address and consent to being added to the Rosie’s and Innersleeve email mailing lists.
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
By submitting the entry form, entrants acknowledge and agree that the email address provided will be added to the Rosie’s and Innersleeve mailing lists and that they may receive promotional and marketing communications from both Sponsors.
Entrants must remain subscribed to both the Rosie’s and Innersleeve mailing lists through the end of the Sweepstakes Period to remain eligible. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribing from either mailing list before the end of the Sweepstakes Period will result in the entry becoming ineligible.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
Purchasing any food, beverage, merchandise, or other product or service from Rosie’s, Innersleeve, or any other participating business does not provide an additional entry and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the Sponsors’ discretion.
5. Prize

One (1) vinyl record signed by John Mayer.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 per prize.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $[TOTAL VALUE].
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
No substitution is permitted except that the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
The potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place on or about 08/27/2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Making a purchase does not affect the odds of winning.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winner(s) will be notified using the email address provided on the Sweepstakes entry form.
A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that person may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsors may require a potential winner to verify eligibility and provide any documentation reasonably necessary to award the prize.
8. Prize Delivery
The winner may be required to pick up the prize at Rosie’s Amagansett, 195 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930, at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Prizes will not be shipped.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at the time of prize pickup to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility.
If a prize is not claimed and picked up within thirty (30) calendar days of the winner notification, the prize will be forfeited and donated to a charity selected by the Sponsors.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy and Email Communications
By submitting an entry, entrants agree that the email address provided will be collected by and shared with Rosie’s and Innersleeve and added to both Sponsors’ mailing lists.
Entrants may receive marketing and promotional communications from both Sponsors.
Entrants must remain subscribed to both the Rosie’s and Innersleeve mailing lists through the end of the Sweepstakes Period to remain eligible. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribing from either mailing list before the end of the Sweepstakes Period will result in the entry becoming ineligible.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the applicable emails.
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may also be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent or improper means, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsors’ decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and prize suppliers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.
13. John Mayer and SiriusXM
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, John Mayer, SiriusXM, and their respective affiliates are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration.
John Mayer’s name and related names, trademarks, images, likeness, or other intellectual property are used only as authorized in connection with this promotion.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
If the Sweepstakes is promoted through Instagram or another social media platform, the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Winner Information
For the name of the winner following completion of the Sweepstakes, contact info@rosiesamagansett.com within 30 days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
17. Acceptance of Official Rules
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsors’ decisions regarding the Sweepstakes.
